We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays 📅). Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability 📦.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method ⚖️. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation 💰.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order 📧🔍. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to reflect after the initial scan by the carrier ⏳.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, customs clearance procedures 📜, weather conditions ⛈️, or other circumstances beyond our control 🚛. Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time 🏞️.
